In this song the artist talks about the artist who supported the previous government and he says that even if he supported the previous regime he ha has the right to call the current president his president.
The artist goes on to say that he is thankful to the former head of state Mr. Edagr Chagwa Lungu for pardoning him and he says what made the patriotic front to loose the elections it was because of cadres .
Chinje Team Ukolewe is a song that teaches people that we are not suppose to leave in the past because as human beings we have the free will to choose what we want and the society should not condemn some one because of the previous mistakes one made.
