Here’s something that may come as a shock to you, God doesn’t love straight people more than He loves gay people. He loves the gay person the same way He loves you the thief, and you the adulterer, and you the liar. He just loves, because we are ALL his creation, both the saved AND the unsaved. What He hates is sin, all kinds of it! Jesus didn’t just die for your sins that we see, and for the ones you’re comfortable hiding, He laid it all for EVERYBODY.
You see the now, God sees the past, present and future all at once. And that’s what He has called us to do, to love. If you’re going to hate people, do it of your own volition and leave God out of it because He didn’t appoint any one of us to be judge on His behalf no matter how much scripture you know. The truth is hard to swallow sometimes especially if it gets you off your high horse.
