This time around Prospective Teachers are only required to staple the two sets of documents separately and then put them in an A4 Envelope Labelled as indicated above.
Q. What documents should I put in the application envelope to make it complete?
Answer. Put two Revised STA form 1s and the relevant documents.

🗒️Well filled in revised Statistical Teacher Application Form 1 (STA Form 1 downloaded from the ministry’s website)
📎Attach certified:
📄Professional qualification (College/University Certificate)
📄Academic qualification (School Certificate and/or GCE Certificate). Here,(The more the GCEs you have the more the documents you will certify)
📄TCZ Certificate or Receipt.

Q. How should the documents be packed in the envelope?
Answer: Unlike previous Teacher Recruitment were Prospective Teachers were required to submit four sets of Application Forms filed in the subject folders.
This time around Prospective Teachers are only required to staple the two sets of documents separately and then put them in an A4 Envelope Labelled as indicated above
Q. How many copies should teachers seal in the envelope?
Answer: All applicants are required to fill in two sets of completed Application Forms and put in one envelope.
Kindly remember to address envelope to the District Human Resource Management Committee of the District you have indicated on the STA Form 1.
NOTE: The process of submitting Application Forms has moved from being physically submitting copies to DEBS to the use of the Zampost Express Mail Services (EMS).
