Born Founda Etoundi Cyril in 1999 in Mbalmayo, Cameroon, Cysoul discovered his passion for music early, singing in choirs since the age of 9.
Participating in competitions fueled his belief in his artistic future. He honed his skills in various groups, including Akanga Hart and Mozart Music Class, before founding 4ROARZ with friends.
Despite recording an album that remained unreleased, Cysoul’s journey led him to Douala in 2017, where he met his beatmaker, Deejay LB.
His EP “Eclosion” in 2019 marked his official debut, followed by the album “Akiba” in the same year, featuring collaborations with notable artists.
In 2021, he released “Illusions,” showcasing his versatility with tracks like “Mouto” and “Je sais.” Continuing his momentum, he dropped singles like “I fall too” and “My love” in 2022, and teamed up with Pit Baccardi in 2023 for “Softly.”
Now, Cysoul invites listeners to groove to his latest music video “MAVINI.”
