Chisenga, formerly known as CRISIS, is releasing an Extended Playlist (EP), as he announced on his social media platforms.
This news follows closely after he recently voiced his thoughts on the Zambian music industry celebrating 50 years of hip hop.
Chisenga had criticized some artists who claimed that using English in their music wasn’t profitable back then, despite him being one of the first to pioneer rap music in English and achieving significant sales.
In this upcoming EP, there’s anticipation that Chisenga might delve deeper into this issue, shedding more light on the challenges and misconceptions surrounding language choice in Zambian hip hop.
