Zambia’s renowned label executive, producer and rapper KB Killa Beats has officially released his brand new album titled “Love & Heart Break 2,” marking the return of one of his most celebrated musical projects.
The album serves as a follow-up to the original Love & Heart Break, which was released in 2021 and produced memorable records such as “Ordinary Lover“ featuring Frank Ro and Jae Cash. Four years later, KB revisits the theme with a more mature and refined body of work that explores the highs and lows of love, relationships, heartbreak and healing.
Across the 14-track project, KB assembles an impressive lineup of artists, each bringing a unique perspective to the album’s central theme. Chile One MrZambia contributes his signature emotional melodies and storytelling, while Abel Chungu adds a soulful and inspirational touch that enriches the project’s depth.
Veteran singer General Ozzy brings experience and timeless vocal ability to the album, while Tiye P and Jae Cash inject lyrical sharpness and relatable narratives that help tell stories many listeners will connect with. The album also features appearances from several other talented Zambian artists who help create a balanced blend of singing, rap and contemporary sounds.
On the international front, KB extends the project’s reach beyond Zambia by collaborating with some of Malawi’s finest talents. Kell Kay, one of Malawi’s biggest contemporary artists, contributes his smooth vocals and melodic style, while Praise Umali and Qaso bring additional diversity and East African flavor to the project.
