MC Wabwino returns with a fresh music video titled “Kolwe Reloaded,” a track that humorously delves into the tribal jokes surrounding the delicacy of monkey meat.
”Kolwe” refers to monkeys. This is also a delicacy meat that the Bemba speaking people of Zambia eat. However, the song also addresses the playful banter between the Bemba-speaking community and their tribal cousins, the Nyanja and Chewa people of the Eastern province, who jest about their taste for monkey meat.
Through “Kolwe Reloaded,” MC Wabwino not only presents a humorous take on this cultural aspect but also highlights the spirit of unity among Zambian people, reminiscent of the tradition of “Chimbuya.”
