Zambian singer T-Low returns with a new body of work titled “Ba Mayo (My Mother) Remix EP.”
The project contains three songs and features collaborations from Jemax, Slick Bwoy, and Chef 187, bringing together different voices to expand the emotional depth of the original record.
“Ba Mayo (My Mother)” is a deeply personal Afrobeat tribute where T-Low reflects on love, sacrifice, and the quiet strength of women especially mothers. Inspired by personal experiences and growth, the singer shares a powerful realization about the resilience, patience, and unconditional love that mothers embody every single day. The message becomes even more meaningful through the perspective of a present father, highlighting the deep respect that grows when one truly understands the responsibility of raising a child.
Blending warm Afrobeat rhythms with soulful melodies, the project allows T-Low’s heartfelt vocals to shine as he delivers touching lyrics of gratitude and appreciation.
The EP’s production is handled by Mr Puta Tulale, who crafts a smooth and emotional soundscape that complements the song’s powerful message turning “Ba Mayo (My Mother)” into a sincere musical thank-you letter to mothers and parents everywhere.
