Wezi Dumps Mateo Ngulube’s camp
Zambian female singer Wezi has become the latest recipient to announce her exit under Nexus Music Entertainment.
Speaking on the move Wezi has released a statement – “I would like to state that I am no longer under the management any individual be it my family member or former representatives at record labels I’ve been signed to in the recent years.
I’ve come to a point in my career when I have to start afresh as I grow older. There’s many beautiful things that have happened and I’ve learnt many lessons from the tough days as a music artist in Zambia.
I’m thankful to anyone that has believed in me enough to sign me or manage me. However, I’ve reached a point where I feel I’ve accumulated enough wisdom, knowledge, experience and strength to manage myself for the time being as I restructure my life.
